From time to time, the Association updates its by-laws which are then presented to the membership for review and comment. The revised version is then subject to a vote at the Annual Meeting, which in this cycle is Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
The most significant section here concerns a suggested name change of the Association, from the Valley Village Homeowners Association to the Valley Village Residents Association. The name change and resulting changes to the by-laws will come up for a vote at the same meeting; if approved, these bylaws will take immediate effect.
