A Valley Villager makes national news headlines …

In case you missed it last week, Aaron Epstein took matters into his own very capable hands when he failed to find satisfaction in AT&T’s response to his multi-year complaint about their internet service to his Valley Village home.

He ran an ad in the Wall Street Journal, and according to this Washington Post article, his ad positioning targeted the Dallas and New York markets (which are the home to AT&T headquarters and investors, respectively).

Aaron subsequently provided an updated post on Nextdoor, chronicling AT&T’s sudden ability to provide speedier internet to his home.

We are happy he was able to report a satisfactory solution to the problem, and are certainly proud to have him as a neighbor!
