Valley Village Homeowners Association

Membership is open to all residents, not just homeowners, living in the area bounded by the Ventura Freeway on the South, the Tujunga Wash on the West, the Hollywood Freeway on the East and Burbank Boulevard on the North.

Why Join the Valley Village Homeowners Association

  1. To protect and improve your community, Valley Village Homeowners Association, guided by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, provides leadership and a strong advocate voice in the halls of local, county and state government.
  2. Valley Village Homeowners Association serves as a watchdog on all land use proposals, transportation systems, including airport expansion and rapid transit, that affect our area.
  3. Valley Village Homeowners Association encourages residents to become acquainted with one another.  We sponsor the annual 4th of July Parade to Valley Village Park.  More than 2,500 children and adults attended last year.
  4. Valley Village Homeowners Association promotes Neighborhood Watch and a graffiti-free, secure community, maintaining a close relationship with the North Hollywood Police Department.
  5. Valley Village Homeowners Association communicates neighborhood issues.  We publish an association newsletter, The Valley Villager.  Association meetings with guest speaker are held quarterly.
  6. Valley Village Homeowners Association encourages a diversified mix of family-owned businesses to serve our community.
  7. Joining Valley Village Homeowners Association means you support a diversified selection of quality educational facilities for preschool, elementary and high school.

Current issues we are concerned about include:
Sidewalk Repair
Extension of the Metro Red Line
Airbnbs in Valley Village
New buildings on the Colfax Charter and North Hollywood High School campuses

Standing united is important both nationally and locally.
When you support your Valley Village Homeowners Association, you support your community!
